Message content is encrypted before transmission, and ShieldTech does not access or read encrypted message contents.
  • Location Information: With your permission, the COPS App may collect, transmit, and store approximate and precise location data, including latitude, longitude, accuracy, and related timestamps. Location data may be collected while the app is in use and, if you enable background location permission, while the app is running in the background. Location data used for team sharing, group map features, and waypoints are encrypted before transmission, and ShieldTech does not access or read encrypted location information.
